1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using SaudaDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SaudaDesk is a cloud-based software tool for Indian commodity brokers to record trade contracts (saudas), manage party names, generate brokerage bills, and share them. The service is available as a web application accessible from any device with a browser.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • SaudaDesk charges a one-time setup fee of ₹4,499 to activate your account.
  • From Year 2 onwards, an annual maintenance fee of ₹999/year applies. This covers continued access, data storage, support, and all product updates.
  • If the annual maintenance fee is not paid, access may be suspended after a 30-day grace period. Your data is retained for 90 days after suspension before deletion.
  • Payment is made via UPI. No credit card details are collected by SaudaDesk.
  • Access is manually activated after payment verification, typically within 24 hours.
  • The subscription covers one business account (one company). For additional firms, email us at [email protected].
  • We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days notice before any maintenance fee change.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and the manual activation process, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided after access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, email us at [email protected] and we will resolve them.

5. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • Each account represents one business. Creating multiple accounts for the same business is not permitted.
  • You must provide accurate information including a valid PAN number if entered.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SaudaDesk to:

  • Enter false or fraudulent trade data.
  • Attempt to access other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the software.
  • Use the service for any unlawful activity under Indian law.

7. Data and Accuracy

SaudaDesk is a record-keeping tool. The brokerage bills and reports it generates are based entirely on the data you enter. We are not responsible for the accuracy of financial records, tax filings, or legal documents generated using SaudaDesk. Please verify all figures before using them in official communications.

8. Availability and Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 7 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

SaudaDesk is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of SaudaDesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
